In poetry and in painting
Just like in your dreams
You can do whatever you please
You can write inside a landscape
With golden shadows at sunset over a forest:
This is my personal warmth
I tried to hide it for many years.
You can write over the fur of a dog
Inside a forest at sunset
I have the heart of a dog
And I liked felines all my life.
You can write out of the blue
On a sky you must have dreamt of
I appreciate kindness
Because I believe that is greatest virtue
And it took me many years of flying around
Suspended inside my protective cover
To understand
The redundancy of that sign saying leave the dog alone.
I find my warmth intact
And those who are familiar with
Poetry, painting and flying
Will understand this.
